How Do You Promote Your Beloved Blogs and Your Dogs?
Not long ago I figured that blogging is an effective way to promote websites, wordpress based blogs are obvious and easy choice for me, so far we all agree that wordpress is wonderful for automated posting, managing and much more, with the fact that its licensed under GPL make the wordpress the most popular weblog platform on the Internet.
Lately I figured that I should build my own blogs and promote them, subsequently I can use my own blogs to promote my other websites, of course this is not a new idea, all kinds of blog networks are out there for the exact purpose, anyway those are other people’s asset and I have no control, not to mention I can’t just post to them, obviously I will have to pay the owner to use their blogs, probably not cheap at all.
Its quite difficult to manage more than a few blogs manually, if you’re not using your blogs as spamming device, to put real content on your site won’t be an easy job, a successful blog needs a lot of hard work. Check out a couple of interesting blogs, look at this one, E Track Tie Down System, the domain name is pretty good, the content on the site is not bad, though its not a theme focused blog, there are all kinds of posts on the site. One more example, Cut Cost for Me, this one has main theme, all posts are following the same theme, there are a few well ranked keywords for this blog. there are more sites like these out there, though I guess you get the point already. Here is one last note, in your little net you should have some loose blogs, put some random content on those blogs occasionally, such as this blog, ratchet strap, doing this right you will have a natural blogging networks.
After you successfully build a few blogs, you can try to build a few more, then use the established blogs to promote the new ones, this is the way to build your own blogging network. Of course its just the beginning, it won’t be easy to build even a tiny blogging network, one of the most important things is that don’t get your site dropped off index by major search engines.
